- = ( Concmap_War ) = - ( Created --- By --- PhantomLord ) ---------------(For Concs-r-us Mapping Contest #4)---------------- -=-=- PLEASE READ -=-=- - < STORY > - - [ Year 1848 ] – It has been 23 years since the war began between the Blue and Red team. Both teams have gained nothing from the battle to become the Top Team on Concrista ( The World of TFC ). The Green and Yellow team have declared peace among each other and have sworn to never help the Blue or Red with their war. Now, your team has called for your support in this great battle. You must follow their orders and serve your color! Get ready soldier, your mission begins now! - [ LOCATION ] – - Death Valley – - California – - Occupied by th Red Team and an unkown alien race - ------------------------------------------------------------------- - < MISSION > - (This mission was given to you 2 weeks ago ) - [ BLUE TEAM ] – You have accepted the request to assist your team in the war, and you are very determined to do what you can. Your mission is simple, you will be dropped off somewhere in the valley to spy on a Red base. - On Your Mission - During you helicopter ride something terrible happends! Your helicopter was taken down and you and your friends somehow survived. After setting up camp, with the little supplies that you have, you receive word from your headquarters. They cannot send in help but they ask you to still continue with your mission. After listening to your headquarters, you head out to explore your surroundings that the Red Team owns. Unaware, you discover some alien life that transports you through the map! You life is at stake! Escape! - Beat the all the jumps and escape through the map! - Watch out for Red Team players! ------------------------------------------------------------------- - < MISSION > - (This mission was given to you now ) - [ RED TEAM ] – There has been very little action going on inside the valley. You along with many other soldiers have been guarding your Red base and everything else inside the valley for some time. Until one day. As you and your friends are on tipical gaurd duty, someone spots a blue helicopter, finally some action! After countless shots at this awesome pilot, the helicopter is finally taken down and crash lands somewhere in the valley. Now, you, along with some friends, have to find the remaining survivors of the fallen Blue helicopter and eliminate them. Go through the valley using alien transports until you find those survivors! - Select what jump you want to defend and dont let the Blue Team pass! - Eliminate all Blue survivors! ------------------------------------------------------------------- - [ Teams Info ] - - Blue Team can only select medic and scout. Red Team can select some classes. - Red Team players gaurd at the end of each jump where the Blue Team players have to go through the alien transport to teleport to the next jump. Blue Team players have to quickly run past the end of the jump and dive into the teleport to transfer to the next jump. - Red Team chooses from each of the the portals at start on what jump they want to defend. - Blue Team has to conc through the map - Red Team players use the alien transports and the end of the jumps to transfer back to their base, and the jump selection. Blue Team players use the alien transports to go through the next jump. ------------------------------------------------------------------- - [ Map & Player info ] - - Grass and rock map with plants and vines along with lots of rocky terrain to make it look real. - All grounds are not completly flat for extra detail and Environmental feel. - Lights have been set up by the Red Team already before the Blue Team even arrived. - Blue Team players can choose from Medic or Scout class * Medic is good for battling with the Red Team * Scout is good for running past the Red Team and going to the next jump quickly. - Alien Teleports are the only way of traveling to the next jump or place. - There are battle and environmental noises in background of map. ------------------------------------------------------------------- - [ Other Info ] - - Map was created by myself. - All Jump ideas where mine and the idea for the map was originaly mine. - There are two secrets in the map along with a cool ball at end. - Whoever beats map first recieves the ball with quad and protection. - Map was compiled in 323.50 seconds elapsed [5m 23s] <- Damn fast ------------------------------------------------------------------- - [ THANKS TO: ] - - Adrenaline for being such a cool mapping n00b and a good friend. - Crazy for also being a n00b mapper and making me feel like i'm a mapping god :P - CONCS-R-US for having the L337est concing server and site!! - also for having this awsome mapping contest which got me started in making this map. - Jungle]5th[ for being a cool mapping buddy and for creating some of the L337est maps ever :D! - Hotrod for being an extra sexy cru admin and helping me with my wads. - Blade for also being a sexy cru admin. - Headz, for teaching me how to create .wads and resize pictures. - DisposableHero my bro :D. - TrojanMan for being one of the crazyest mappers alive today (made over 15 maps already, damn :X) and for comparing maps so we would win this contest :D! - My god damn n00by ass friend arthur the cock sucker who cant play TFC for shit but can own anyone in CS and dis ur ass like mad.
